Our next guest on the ABCA podcast is Gaston College head coach and athletic director, Shohn Doty. Doty has 33 years of coaching experience and 18 at the Division I level. Doty has had stops at Arkansas, Indiana State, Old Dominion, UNC-Wilmington, and UNC-Charlotte. Gaston College had a 41-9 record this season but since they are a new NJCAA team, they were not eligible for the postseason. Doty was recently named the NJCAA Region 10 Coach of the Year.
