This week's show connects with Northwestern University's Spencer Allen, Southern University's Kerrick Jackson and Florida International University's Mervyl Melendez to our show to unpack their perspective on the current state of the game. You are either part of the problem or part of the solution, and inside this show we open up solutions and action items that each of us can be aware of and work towards addressing minority inclusion and participation in baseball. All three head coaches break down their journey inside their careers and we pull back the curtain on the true concerns of the declining statistics of minorities playing baseball across all levels and how this adversely effects how many move into the coaching ranks.
