This week's show connects us with another 2018 national champion coach: Adrian Dinkel of Southeastern University and the NAIA. A longtime ABCA member, Dinkel opens up about his path in baseball and the inner details about program he is running. In this show, Dinkel will detail out how his coaching philosophies have shifted over the years, how his teams have gotten more proficient in their approach to practice time creating a fast-paced and, more importantly, competitive environment to train in. Their different style of batting practices and a highly effective plan on the mound are opened up by Dinkel. In keeping with our Dugout Chatter mission, we spotlight his journey in baseball including his growth as a leader of men, how he defines the word 'success' and how Dinkel views the best people, teammates, coaches that he has spent time with on the field, what makes them special and successful.
