Coming off his presentation at our Dallas Convention, Hergert jumps on the podcast with us and opens up his growth as a learner and how he has never allowed low budgets to impact his passion for helping develop his players. Hergert details the many technologies that are present inside the Trojans program plus how he has evolved within his coaching 'why' to land where he is now. It’s all about the players, their experience and to create better men before baseball players.
