Rachel Balkovec is a minor league hitting coach with the New York Yankees. She was previously a strength and conditioning coach for the St. Louis Cardinals and was the Houston Astros' Latin American strength and conditioning coordinator. Internationally, she has worked with the Dutch National Baseball and Softball Team.
