Show Notes

As coaches, we are always searching to find consistency in our program so that when you start playing your best baseball late in the year, the game can turn your way and you’re in a position to make that dogpile a reality. That is exactly what has happened for this week's guest Tim Huber, a 15-year continuous ABCA member and the leader of NCAA Division II national champion Augustana University out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This is an exceptional conversation through his journey as a leader, finding his voice and fanning his competitive flames to focus on the development of his guys. Huber gives details about the championships culture in place at Augustana, what he expects from his current players and even future recruits. The winningest coach in program history, Huber has led one of the most consistent northern baseball programs in Division II, which helped them build toward a banner 2018 season. It's Huber's drive that should jump through the earbuds for you as well as the appreciation for his mentors and coaches that have guided his own development. He offers advice and perspective throughout the show.
