Show Notes

This week we chat with Webster University head coach and 20-year ABCA member Bill Kurich about the building of the championship program he has in St. Louis and within NCAA Division III. Here’s the statline: in 13 years, they have won 13-straight conference championships, made four World Series appearances. We open up the first few months on campus instilling his vision and cultivating his culture within the existing team. We unpack every facet of the program from recruiting, player development and practice, fundraising, academics, strength and conditioning and all of the touch points that he feels has helped elevate his program and give it an opportunity to consistently win championships. It's a ‘take feverish notes’ show that will offer every listener real perspective through the lens of one of the best small college coaches in our game.
