Connecting with two-time NCAA Div. II national champ Jad Prachniak from West Chester University and three-time NJCAA national champ Marc Rardin from Iowa Western Community College helped us bring together a truly unique perspective on practice planning. In this episode, both Prachniak and Rardin detail how they have learned over the years to see what truly matters and how that shows up on their specific practice plans. We get outside of the box with very unique and creative ideas that Prachniak and Rardin use to maximize time on the field with their players and dive headfirst into indoor training.
