In our 11th episode, we are diving into infield play with Nate Trosky from Trosky Baseball. Trosky is an infield specialist who had dedicated his career to maximizing the elite infield defender from both the physical and mental sides of the game. Trosky gives us tremendous insight in the core principles of great infielders, the essential characteristics that will help each player move closer to consistency while also offering practice specifics and drills that will help raise our players' abilities. Trosky also spends time discussing the mental make-up of elite defenders and the mindset they possess, wrapping up this episode with his Sith Tool discussion of intangibles.
